I loveeeeee a hidden neighborhood gem and Elmwood Park has Inari sushi! I hadn’t been in awhile but I took my 7 year old one afternoon, who is the biggest sushi fan ever and he loved it! We did the lunch special where we picked 3 maki for$18 and it was well worth it. He also ate TWO BOWLS of miso soup at this point, he needs a job! lol The service was great our waitress was super sweet and attentive and even gave my son one of the chop sticks trainers to help him eat his sushi the authentic way; he was ECSTATIC! I love how in the summer you have the option to sit outside and people watch, but the inside is very nice and cozy as well, with you being able to see your sushi being prepared. Outs...
Dining Experience: Dinner Cost per Person: $100+ Food Rating: 3/5 Service Rating: 2/5 Atmosphere Rating: 5/5 I recently dined at this restaurant and had mixed feelings about the experience. While the atmosphere was absolutely fantastic, earning a perfect score of 5, the food fell a bit short with a rating of 3. It was decent, but not quite memorable. Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations, receiving a score of 2. For a meal that cost over $100 per person, I had hoped for a higher level of attentive service. Overall, the ambience is a highlight, but improvements in food and service would make for a more enjoyable experience.
Update 12/13/22: The sushi is still great. We tried the rock shrimp appetizer, which was enjoyable, but it could use a bit more spice. My wife ordered the beef and asparagus appetizer and found the beef to be quite fatty. However, the sushi was fresh and well-prepared, as always. Our server was outstanding, and the drinks were delightful. We chose to sit outside in the front tent. It was a pretty windy night, but we were not bothered by it. The tent shook a little, but like the pig's sturdy brick house, it held up just fine.
I enjoyed a delightful lunch at this establishment, with a meal costing between $10 and $20. The food was exceptional, earning a solid 5 out of 5 for its quality and flavor. The service was quite good as well, receiving a score of 4, with attentive staff that added to the overall experience. The sushi and other dishes consistently impress! Everything is always fresh, and the specialty rolls are well worth the cost. The service is consistently excellent, with friendly staff whether you're dining in or getting takeout. The atmosphere is enjoyable and calming, and there's also outdoor seating available on the front patio.
This restaurant offers a peaceful retreat on a bustling restaurant row, complete with a full bar. Our server was attentive, friendly, and accommodating, enhancing our dining experience. The food was excellent, featuring generous portions that were both fresh and full of flavor.
The portions are generous, and the food overall is quite tasty. The beer specials are excellent as well. While the service is polite, it lacks a personal touch and engagement with customers. The biggest downside is the atmosphere and decor, which could use some improvement.

Fresh and delicious! The classic dishes are fantastic, and they also offer some truly unique choices. I will definitely be ordering from here again!
