Fabulous Hotel, privately owned and run, staff couldn't do enough for us they were all so friendly helpful especially Valeria. Location is 5 minutes from the main lift and an easy stroll through the lovely town. We were a large group so some stayed in the older rooms which are spacious and quiet but we stayed in the newer wing where the rooms are newly converted, very nice but slightly noiser as the car park is outside. Buffet style breakfast with a cooked option available as well, all lovely and fresh again all the staff very helpful and friendly. The Bar is very pleasant, Sam on the Bar very friendly helpful, a live band played on the Wednesday evening which was great fun

I spent 2 days there for my birthday everything was perfect the very clean room, the very friendly and personally staff and unlike bcp of to is communication in French was not a barrier. Thanks to the manager for this little birthday present. Continental breakfast was very good and very hearty. Thank you again we will return very good quality price.
No shutters in the rooms, no , but the staff does not speak French very well. the spa costs €10 per person per hour, which is a shame because the jacuzzi pool does not work. The location of the hotel is great, located 3 minutes from the city center, accessible on foot, no need for a car to get around.
Location was good but it had no hot water to shower in the evening (18.30), balcony door was defective and could not be closed (also no furniture to sit on the balcony), breakfast room extremely dark, space for bicycles did not really make a safe impression. Price performance doesn't fit in my eyes

Very pleasant and listening home! Answer the questions we ask by email. Several small dej formulas very appreciable. Spa and sauna very resurgent. Very beautiful room but perhaps lacks some repairs (such as openings of doors and windows) very large and relaxing beds!

stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks in July superb location, very quiet hotel and not at all noisy, in mountain style. very cheerful and smiling staff (peter, valéria, imogenous and all others of course) enjoy the BBQ of some evenings with Ukrainian speciality.
friendly staff, nice place and pleasant terrace. But on the other hand, 1 bed on our 4 contains a very fine and unpleasant mattress, the hamam does not work and the sauna is very long to get on the way.
