You must sit outside. Cold and windy. You have to walk in front of drive-thru traffic to get to the window. The same window is used for ordering and picking up, so staff were asking us to step aside during our order to hand out food to other people.

I asked for chiles on the side, but when I got to my table outside, they were missing. There were no napkins either, so I had to grab some from my car. The ordering process felt really rushed. The fries were overly salty. I don't plan on coming back to this location.
By far slowest in n out ever there’s 6 cars ahead of me and waited 40 minutes! Third time this happens thought I’d give them another chance never coming back again outrages wait
