This visit to the Taco Bell in Covina, CA was a disappointment. I came specifically because I heard the Secret Menu item, the Encerito, was back and wanted to try it. I asked for extra olives since I remembered it came with them, but they had none. Then I ordered a Burrito Supreme, which I also recall having olives, but again, none were available and no explanation was given. When I received my meal, I asked for hot sauces to go with it but didn’t get any. I went back and asked again, and the employee with glasses just threw some sauces into my bag without making eye contact or apologizing. This restaurant always upholds a clean atmosphere, and the staff is consistently friendly and ready to help with a smile. If there’s anything you’re not happy with regarding your order, they are more than willing to remake it or recommend an alternative—what a breath of fresh air! I encountered this outstanding service during the late-night shift, and it happened on two occasions! While I can’t comment on other shifts, I found it to be quite peaceful and free of unruly patrons.
The Mexican pizza had very little sauce or cheese! Plus, this is the only Taco Bell that doesn’t allow you to get your own drink! Even if you could, it was watered down anyway. I ordered a Dr. Pepper and it didn’t taste like one at all!
I really enjoy being able to order at the kiosks instead of interrupting the busy employees at the register. The restaurant was clean, and my brief encounter with the staff member was very pleasant.

Not well prepared. I usually love Taco Bell, but this location was disappointing. I’d recommend going to a different Taco Bell instead.
The service at Taco Bell was a bit slow, and the food on their menu was rather below average.
