Today was my husband's birthday. We had a busy day doing seperate activities then decided to go out to dinner together at iPho in Fremantle. This was preplanned and dinner was pre-decided. Upon arriving, I was met at the door by the waiter who indicated that my accompanying assistance dog AD)for medical purposes) could not come inside. I indicated toward the part of her vest that says assistance dog Over the next 5-10 minutes I stood there, at the door, trying to explain that it was against the law to refuse us access due to my AD; that I have the same rights with her as a person with a guide dog does; it is akin to turning someone away who is in a wheelchair it is illegal...read more
The worst lunch service establishment i’ve ever been in My friend and I were coming in for a tuesday lunch. The service here was changed throughout the years. Everything was self-serve (which we were okay with) but the most ridiculous thing was everything extra cost a gold coin, even an extra plate (yes, you read us right) The waiter was rude and DID NOT greed us at the door even though we were standing there for 5 minutes and the sign said “Please wait here to be seated”. What a joke for this restaurant. Foodwise is pretty good, for nice fresh vietnamese south of the river is good. Used to be my to go viet place. HOWEVER, I tried to book for 19 people birthday dinner and bluntly rejected with the excuse of no booking more than 12. But, I can make 2 bookings with different names with total of 19. Not paying together though. What a joke. Then I went to their fb page. They also rejected a customer who has a disability aid dog. I guess I won't be their customer anymore and hopefully they learn their lesson which I doubt.
eating is nice here, but very expensive. I usually order the miraculous nudel soup and serving is huge and tasty. service is a bit of a hit and miss. my workstation often came here (group of 7 people) they then began to deny split bills that are a sweat in the 21st century. a person will not pay for a group of men's meals, and they are the only restaurant in fremantle that refuses to pay people separately. my workstation never returned again, but I occasionally still go back for the soupntee.

beautiful and spacious location of the restaurant. the personal was attentive and it was not too busy on a Friday night. overall the elements on the menu on the expensive side are compared to other Vietnamese restaurant, but I appreciate reasonable price as they are in the middle of freo. their filled chicken wings are one must try and it was always my whole time favorites. the broken rice content was really huge, slightly tasteless, but still good.
Had a craving for pork chop rice as havent had one for a while. Came here as knew one of the workers and wanted to give it a go. $17 got me one of these babies and must say presentation was good and taste was above average. I have had better pork chop rice and since the price was a bit steep it had to be better then above average. The service was super awesome though. Might give the pho a try next time when the weather is not too hot..
the service was excellent from the moment in which we also went to super clean venue. I had the bark with noodles and enjoyed the aromes, he had the Vietnamese pancakes. this takes a little longer, but is well worth waiting, really full of taste, crispy, crispy and only yum. prices are also good. would recommend this place in any case.
Our new favorite Asian cuisine! We normally order take away here and wish it was open on Mondays and Tuesday at least as a takeaway. Great value and fresh taste. Loved the chicken salad and iPho noodle soup.
