I went here this past weekend to end my birthday weekend and was extremely disappointed in the food I was served. When you hear of a restaurant in the Ritz-Carlton you expect quality. I felt like I was served continental breakfast compared to it being buffet style. I had a nice server who was trying her best to make it a nice experience, outside was pretty but closed because of weather and the Alice in wonderland drinks were pleasant which got them the two stars. The ambiance of the restaurant is stunning and truly reflects the luxury of being at the Ritz! I visited for brunch, and my only issue was that my açaí bowl turned out quite soupy. Everything was served at once, which likely affected the timing. The banana nut bread is a mini loaf and is made to order (something we weren’t aware of), which may have contributed to the delay in serving our food. However, the banana bread was absolutely fantastic—I've had plenty of banana bread made from fresh bananas in Hawaii, and this one definitely ranks among the best! I would recommend ordering a banana bread for the table and one to take home, but be sure to request that the other dishes be served first...
We went to Isabelle's for a joint birthday celebration. Our server was Patricia. She was absolutely superb. Banquet Manager Issam greeted us warmly, provided us some absolutely delicious wine from Argentina, and then arranged for special Happy Birthday cupcakes with candles. It was magnificent. I hope we brought some fun to the restaurant as well. The event was the Mad Hatter brunch. We wore Mad Hatter hats. One of our group was a Broadway singer. He serenaded some of the guests. Also met the new manager of Isabelle's who is a delightful young lady. She is a welcome addition to the Ritz Carlton Food Beverage family.
I recently dined at this restaurant for the first time, and unfortunately, it did not live up to my expectations for a venue located within a Ritz Carlton hotel. The service was inadequate, the table wasn’t properly set, and everything took an excessive amount of time, including water refills. The drinks we ordered were leaking from the bottom, leaving stains on my boyfriend's shirt. I had looked forward to this experience, but now I'm uncertain if I would want to return, which is disappointing since I live nearby.

We visited The Ritz after spending some time at Kennedy Park for a late lunch, and it definitely didn't disappoint! Everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly. The food was fantastic—make sure to try the fried green tomatoes! The outdoor garden is also stunning. I highly recommend checking this place out. It's a bit on the pricey side, but they do offer a happy hour!
Josh is an amazing server! The menu offers a delightful range of options, including mouthwatering salmon, roasted chicken, and a great selection of wines, all complemented by attentive personal service. As a local, I truly appreciate this hidden gem!
The atmosphere was stunning, and the DJ delivered a fantastic selection of music. The Mad Hatter event was incredibly enjoyable. I would definitely return!

The pasta from the kids menu for my child was too spicy. We had to send it back and request it with no spice which took some time.
