This was my first and last time visiting this restaurant. The service was terrible - when I went to order at the counter, the employee just stared at me and didn't speak, even when I asked how they were. The most offensive part was when I paid with my card and signed the receipt, the employee pointed out to their coworker that I didn't leave a tip right in front of me. I don't believe in tipping for simply picking up my food, especially when there was no greeting. I will not be returning, I am truly surprised by the experience. The food was just okay.
Tasty. Found by accident was a good choice for a quasi quick, sit down meal. The loaded potato empanada was flavorful, pernil wasn't bad, but the spicy beef with maduro was on point. They have good empanadas! You can get them baked or fried. The employees are nice. The food at this restaurant is always delicious. My only complaint is that they forgot to include the green sauce that I paid extra for. However, the combo of 3 Empanadas, Rice, Beans, Sweet Plantains, and a 16 oz. Fountain Drink is a great deal.

The empanadas were tasty, as well as the rice and beans. The plantains were just okay. However, I would recommend the rest of the menu.
Delicious. I really enjoy the beef, cheese, and chicken empanadas. The lunch combo special is fantastic.
