Jerico's has been our point of contact for special occasions for years. Unfortunately, this time has not fulfilled all of our previous experiences. Usually the fillets (Knight's Cut) are incredibly tasty and tender. This time they were barely seasoned and had to be sent back to reach the medium kitchen we requested. This information was shared with both the hostess and our server. While the hostess offered to put another steak on the grill, we didn't want that as it would have been wasteful as we wouldn't be able to eat it then and we wouldn't be able to eat it at home in time. This location is definitely the best of the three in Michigan. I’ve visited the ones in Troy and West Bloomfield before, and the service and food there didn’t compare to what we experienced here. Our waiter was friendly and attentive, checking in on us frequently and making sure our water glasses were always full. Our food arrived at just the right time and didn’t take long to come out. The classic cheeseburger was delicious as always, and this time was no exception. The Mr. Jack's crispy chicken platter is also excellent; I’d recommend it or a burger if you’re not too hungry. Everything else was great as well, and I would definitely return to this location.
The food at this restaurant was delicious, but unfortunately the service was lacking. It took a while for someone to acknowledge us at the host station, and then our waitress took over 5 minutes to come to our table. We even considered leaving to go somewhere else. Despite watching our drinks sit at the bar, it took forever for our server to bring them to us. The only bright spot of the night was the quality of the food - especially the prime rib, which was excellent. I may give this place another try, but was ultimately disappointed due to the slow and unsatisfactory service.

Going to this restaurant was a terrible experience. Our waitress was one of the worst I've ever had. We waited 15 minutes for drinks. When she finally came to take our order, she said she forgot her pen. She disappeared for another 20 minutes. The food was cold and tasteless. At one point my brother said my grandmother's steaks were better and that she was the worst cook in the family. To top it off, the waitress never came back with my change when I paid my bill, she pocketed it. If it had been more money I would have complained right away, but it was $ 8.
