Just now found out about this place about 6 months ago after living in Manning my whole life lol. Its a hidden gem for sure. But let me say I'm glad I found it. I've ate here several times now and have never been disappointed, I've tried several meals. My favorites are the catfish nugget basket and double cheeseburger basket, they are awesome, one of the best spots for a home cooked meal, the food is not pre-made/shaped.
Depends on the day. Great lunch experience a couple days ago. Bought wife down for dinner. Must have been slammed with to go orders. We got drinks and they never took our order after a good 15 minutes. The to go tickets had lined up on the grill by then. Paid for my tea and we walked out . Only 2 tables had people in them plus our table. They trying to run it with 2 employees. Starving . Had to leave .
J&E catered for Jade Buddin's and HB Buddin's (my son) wedding reception. The food was a HUGE success. The delivery was on time and there was plenty of food even with people returning for seconds and thirds. Thank you J&E and Merry Christmas!

The restaurant offers delicious breakfast and lunch/dinner dishes that are reminiscent of home cooking. The prices are very reasonable as well.
