I tried to order this restaurant from door Dash on the website by the way I entered the order I ordered six extra bagels and the restaurant called me and wanted to make sure what kind of bagels I wanted and then they said that I had ordered a dozen and they didn't have enough they ran out.... so I asked them to substitute something else... 6 worth of chicken salad for the extra bagels and instead of doing that they canceled my entire order and my order an 80 order. I absolutely love the food here and order all of the time, BUT....today, my order came to me incomplete via Grubhub. It was missing a bagel with butter and the straw to my juice came bent and broken. Upon calling the store, a woman came on the phoneand said that it wasn 't her fault and of course, blamed it on the Grubhub driver. She would have sent me a replacement but whenI asked for a new straw, she refused to put a straw in the bag!!! The staff pays no attention to drivers waiting for their orders. I had to wait ten minutes just to get someone to acknowledge me, even though they saw me standing there. They didn’t even bother asking if I needed assistance. When I finally tried to get their attention, they responded with an annoyed look. If drivers are seen as a nuisance, then perhaps they should remove the DoorDash and Grubhub signage. We are the ones delivering food to your customers. Every other restaurant makes an effort to check in with drivers standing by the register or at least calls out the names of orders that are ready. I have just received food from this so-called deli, which is evil and should be ashamed to serve this food that I am appalled by those who possess this place. they should not even have the luxury of possessing this evil deli. the worst makkaroni and colleague, the salami looks as if it had come out of his ass, I am ashamed to order this slippery. this place should be closed and they should be refined for the public supply. these are the pictures from there so called food.ive never seen brown koleslaw in my life. When you order from grubhub they do not want to help you make the order right. I ordered something specifically stating To not put something on and they assume it's okay to put something else on it that I didn't even want in the first place. You would think as a manager John would like to help out his customers instead of just arguing with them over the phone. Poor service all around.
Great place to eat, but there was a woman complaining about a broken thread, which was a bit out of hand. Crazy people sometimes, but the deli has undergone an amazing update!
