The manager had closed off the drive-thru and claimed they were closed, yet it was obvious they weren't because she was still present. I attempted to speak with her politely, but her immediate response was to threaten to call the police when I asked which other nearby stores might be open, especially since I thought there was one open 24 hours. She was incredibly rude and unhelpful. There was no sign of professional customer service; instead, she insisted I leave or she would call the police simply for asking a question.
Disappointing experience at Jack. The tables were all dirty! What happened? During COVID, they cleaned after every customer, but now it seems they don't clean at all. The food was freshly prepared, but it wasn't very enjoyable. It wasn't spoiled or old, just not well made.
We visited Jack in the Box this morning to take advantage of the special on sausage croissants, two for $6. However, we were shocked to be charged $21.51 for our order. We also ordered hash browns but left without a resolution. What a disappointment!
