1. There are people loitering outside the restaurant, and the management really needs to involve the police. It’s unclear why they haven’t called them yet. They should definitely call the police to remove the vagrants hanging around and have regular patrols to prevent them from coming back. This is essential to stop these individuals from creating an unsafe and uncomfortable environment. Call the police.
2. The woman working in the afternoon, who I believe is a manager wearing a red shirt, is very rude. Her kindness feels fake, accompanied by a forced smile. Her negative attitude should not impact her work, but it does, and if it affects her that much, she should not be working right now....
At Jack In The Box, I waited a full minute at the drive-thru without any response, even after trying to get their attention twice with 30-second intervals. There was only one car ahead of me, yet the staff appeared overwhelmed, which likely points to poor management. The menu offered didn't make up for the disappointing service experience.
I ordered a cheeseburger, fries, two drinks, and some cheesecake this afternoon. The food was delicious! One of the drinks didn't taste quite right, so I returned to the drive-thru. The staff were very polite and promptly remade my drink, even upgrading it to a larger size. Excellent customer service from the friendly team.
Today we had a fantastic experience! My wife ordered a Grilled Cheese Burger Munchie Box, along with Mixed Curlie Fries, two Crispy Tacos, and a Cola. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to take pictures of her meal because she devoured it before I could finish photographing my own!

The quality of food and service at Jack In The Box can be inconsistent. At times, it can be quite good, while other visits may leave something to be desired. Don't expect the food to resemble the photos; it often appears more squished and greasy than advertised.
Terrible order accuracy. I ordered a burger without cheese, two tacos, fries, and tiny tacos, but received the burger with cheese and only the fries. I was polite and didn’t cause any trouble during my order, yet they still managed to mess it up. Be cautious!
