I have visited this location three times in the past couple of months, and my experiences have been disappointing. On my most recent visit, I waited nearly five minutes without anyone coming to the register to take my order, so I ended up leaving. During my previous visit, the cashier was quite rude. Before that, I attempted to order a burger with a lettuce wrap, but it was served with a bun instead. I'm really frustrated with their poor service, and since there are many other options available, I won’t be returning to this location.
The service is always friendly here. They usually get my order exactly right, which feels like a modern miracle compared to other places like DoorDash and many drive-thrus I've tried. However, I'm really disappointed that you removed the mozzarella sticks from the menu! They were my family's absolute favorite—better than those from even the most authentic Italian restaurants!
When did it become so difficult for a manager to give three sauces with an order? I ordered two sandwiches and requested three ranch dressings. The manager rudely informed me that I could only have one and that I would be charged for any extras. Really? When I asked for an explanation, she just brushed me off. Has the price of ranch skyrocketed that much?

I did not have high expectations for this place for food and ambiance and that’s exactly how it was. The table and seating space was clean. The restroom was generally clean.Parking: No parking issue at the time I visited.
As for kid-friendliness, it's an excellent spot for families, with meals tailored for children. The restaurant is also wheelchair accessible, as everything is on one level, making it easy to navigate.
I ordered online and received cinnamon rolls instead of the nuggets I had ordered. I tried calling multiple times, but there was no answer.
