There was a long line and a associate was on break, she did not step up to help her associate with orders even after seeing how stressed out her other associate was. I understand the need for breaks but it would have been nice for the associate to have puther self to the side paused her break and helped out her fellow associate and then continue her break after they both got atleast some of the orders through instead of letting each other struggle.
I’ve been using the Jack’s mobile app to place orders ahead from this location for over a year. We usually order 2-4 times a month. They get our order right about 99% of the time—I can only recall two occasions in the past year when I had to return for minor issues. I really love this location, and the staff have always been fantastic.
The restaurant is clean, but the customer service needs improvement. One employee was handling both the drive-thru and the counter, which slowed things down. I ordered two Monster Tacos, but when I received them, they were cold and the lettuce looked old—not good. I didn't ask for a replacement taco. Overall, not a good experience.
I visited this location's drive-thru to place my order, which included breakfast sandwiches and burgers. Jack In The Box is an excellent choice when you're hungry and want to satisfy your cravings. Plus, being just steps away from your own bathroom at home is a bonus! I recently sampled the spicy chicken sandwich and some mini tacos, and I have no regrets about my choices.
I ordered the southwest salad grilled unsweetened ice tea for lunch on 10/20 a couple hours later I was sick to my stomach. It wasn?t the chicken. I gave some to my dog done was fine. Stomach was messed up for 2 days. I won?t be back.
I’ve always enjoyed this fast food restaurant, but since I’m trying to stay in shape, I’ve been sticking to their salads. It’s great that they continue to offer them, though adding more variety would be a nice improvement.
I received a warm welcome immediately, and the staff's communication was exceptional. Both the manager and employees showed great respect. I highly recommend this restaurant from a business standpoint. Book a table now
