ZERO Stars...This place is in need of serious customer service training (which I'm willing to offer for free). The breakfast platter ordered was tasteless, the sausage was burnt and the mini pancakes dry . I was given two dry hashbrowns as if tocompensate for what came next... the service was lousy the kids were playing and being extremely loud and Obnoxious while tryingto serve orders and people complained about receiving wrong orders....and when i check my order it's missing a chocolate cakeand cheeseburger from the order . Jack in the Box is one of my favorite fast food spots in LA. I highly recommend trying the spicy chicken sandwich, curly fries, and the two tacos. I suggest adding tomatoes to the tacos, as it makes them thicker and enhances their flavor. If you enjoy beef, you should also try the Sourdough Jack. It's more like a patty melt than a typical burger, but the Swiss cheese, bacon, and blend of flavors are fantastic. Be sure to eat your food right away for the best taste, as everything is so fresh. I definitely recommend it!

I only visit this place when I’m feeling a bit buzzed, and it never lets me down. The food is fantastic—especially if you've just enjoyed some snacks in your car. Otherwise, it's pretty much like any other fast food burger joint. The munchie meal is a classic and really hits the spot when I have the munchies. The interior could use some cleaning, but I usually just stick to the drive-thru these days. If you’re dining at Jack in the Box, you're definitely not expecting a fine dining experience.
Jack in the Box has genuinely established itself as one of the top fast food destinations over the years. Although it might be slightly understaffed, the food is outstanding and the service is exceptionally friendly. They certainly deserve more acknowledgment than they currently receive, especially with such a great menu!
After a long day at the training camp, I was delighted to enjoy delicious food and excellent service. A big thank you to Sandra and the team! The furnishings were very clean, and the food was served hot, accompanied by friendly smiles from everyone. Until next time, keep up the great work!
When you go there, remember to check your items! I have missed two large items after home! So sad!!! I have to drive back to get them again! And I ordered chocolate milkshake, but it came with no whipping cream and no cherry, so I think they might givewrong things too!

This restaurant is tidy and well-kept, featuring a restroom for customer use. The staff is welcoming, and the diligent manager went out of their way to refill the ice machine. It's also conveniently situated near the University in Irvine, California.
The wait time in the drive-thru was long, but the food was good and hot.
