I ordered #14 Chicken strips with curly fries, small coke and 2 tacos. Waited in the drive-thru more than 15 minutes just to get to the window the line barely moving for a drive-thru. After I pay the guy at the window swipes my card and leaves for a fewminutes and then comes back and tells me to park in the front and he will bring my order to the parking lot. I wait another 5-10minutes, at this point I need to get to where im going and the order is taking extremely long! The guy finally comes and says sweety I almost forgot about you, here you go and leaves . When I look at the food it's entirely a different order, egg rolls,no curly fries...I drove away. I had a very disappointing experience with the management at this restaurant. I needed to use the restroom urgently before placing my order, but the manager insisted that I had to order first. Even after I explained that I would order right after using the restroom, she still refused to let me in. Unfortunately, I had an accident because of her stubbornness. I've been a regular customer during my lunch breaks, and I can't understand why I was treated this way. The manager, who said her name was Flora, wasn't wearing a name badge. Additionally, she gave me the wrong receipt, and I had to ask her to reprint it so I could provide this review. This situation was entirely avoidable.
In my opinion, this is the best Jack in the Box in El Monte! The customer service is excellent, the service is quick, and my orders have always been correct and well-packaged. There's one employee who has this unique vibe, almost like he’s ready to beatbox or announce a UFC fight, and I really enjoy it! The energy is great, and I appreciate the hard work from the staff. Keep it up!
The only thing i liked about this visit is they were open, most jacks were closed!! The drive thru took 4ever, so by time i got my food it was already cold, nothing taste fresh at all so over all i wud say it wasnt a good expierance, thats $30 i will NOT get back!!

Customer service had a steep decline as of late, delays in orders due to error adding 15 minutes.They even started towing cars belonging to the businesses next door, their large sources of revenue. Don't come here, McDonald's taste better anyways
I ordered two chicken nugget kids meals gave me the bag first time I don?t check the bag I get home and they only put fries in the bag!!!! My kids were so sad
As always any special order like no cheese comes with cheese when you get home and the french fries are always cold and hard this is been going on forever
It's ok. They just to hire more friendly employees. I understand everybody has a bad day , but to take it out on customers is bad.
