I placed an order and waited for a long time. I asked the server for assistance, and when my food finally arrived, it was the wrong order. I waited more than 35 minutes, and after 30 minutes with no food, I decided to cancel my order. A friend who was with me said he didn't order what they brought. Overall, the service was terrible, and I won't be returning.
Placed a DoorDash order and my order was ridiculously disgusting !! Ordered spicy chicken meal, sandwich tasted salty ! Fries were cold and soggy mixed with curly fries that were burnt !! My tacos were so cold and cheese smelled disgusting. If I was ableto rate 0 I would !
I generally enjoy the food at Jack in the Box, especially when I'm feeling indulgent with my diet. However, I don't appreciate having to request fresh fries, as they often come out lukewarm, whether they're regular or curly. This is quite disappointing.
We've been going here for many years .It's not as nice looking as it used to be,but it still has plenty of seating, including highchairs and restrooms ? and the food's still good ?? Book a table now
