I ordered a combo meal, but the second man working there threw it at me, and in the chaos, I forgot to grab my drink! I was rushing to an appointment at Kaiser Permanente in Downey and didn't have time to go back. I tried calling the restaurant, but no one answered. I also called corporate with the same result. Finally, I stopped by a Jack in Bellflower at Imperial Highway and explained my situation. The staff there were understanding and helped me by offering a drink this time. Overall, it was a bad experience!
There's a weird thing about this particular place. Not sure if it's all Jack in the Box locations but around 11:30pm-12am, they shut down their computer for like 15 minutes or so. They won't take orders, they won't see your mobile app orders, they can'tprocess orders and they just don't care! There's no signs or postings to warn you! They just won't serve you! Even if the mobileapp already took your money and processed the order! ????
I've always appreciated this place. Its my go-to whenever I have a long or rough stay at Kaiser next door. We've had good luck with this location whether we eat in or order to go. And it's one of the few locations where the burger a actually looks prettyin person not just on the ad ????
Frequently go here late at night during my lunch hour. It 's not unusual for them to say the system is down so can 't take your order . Or they say cash only card machine is down . I 'm starting to think they just say that cause they don 't want to work orjust pocketing the cash.

I went there last night i ordered the big chicken sandwich combo with extra mayonnaise. I dont know if they know what extra is cause if was still dry and the bun was a little hard. But i still eat other items there so it won't stop me from going there.
Very nice people working here! Food is great whenever I order. No complaints at all. Seriously, the people working at this Jack's are very cool.
The service was good, but many food items were already unavailable, and it was only 8:30 PM. This isn't the staff's fault, though.
