I 'm usually not one to leave a review on things, but I do have to address this.. I ordered a simple sandwich and two curly fries, the guy at the window said my order back to me, and it was correct. I get to the window, paid for my food, and he asked about ketchup and fry sauce, I responded with, barbeque would be great, and he went inside for my order. I took my food and took off, trusting that my order was correct because its always been in the past. I get home, and I find that I have only one regular fry when I ordered two curly, and I got ketchup instead of barbeque.. Luckily my sandwich was fine but I don 't understand why he couldn 't have said, Oh were out of this at the moment or som...
The man at the counter was outstanding. He was friendly, helpful, quick, and efficient. He greeted everyone as they came in and left. His service was exceptional—definitely the best customer service I've experienced in a long time, especially for a fast food restaurant. I really enjoy visiting Jack in the Box since we don't have any in Northern Utah. The food was great, and there were plenty of sauces to choose from.
Fantastic service! They nailed our order and even included napkins in the bags, which is a rarity in fast food these days. The service was quick, and the food was neatly assembled. The person at the drive-thru was very friendly and thoughtfully separated our order into individual bags for convenience, even letting us know what was in each one. They definitely went the extra mile!
I ordered a number 1, and when I reached the window, I asked for ketchup. The guy turned around, grabbed the bag, and either forgot or chose to ignore my request. He just said, "It's in there," but it wasn't, and now my lunch is ruined. I'm just frustrated that something so simple could be so difficult.

Not open late anymore: I often pass by this location at night, and it's never open. It used to be my go-to place while driving. I thought Jack in the Box was supposed to be open 24 hours.
Our experience from this location has always been positive. The food always taste fresh and comes fast. The employees are always polite.
Spicy chicken sandwich is pretty good. They got curly fries so you can't go wrong there. Pretty good as fast food goes.
Stop here usually everytime we had to vegas. Usually good for the most part. Friendly staff
