10/4/23 about 12:10. After having one of the worst experiences at the whataburger up the road who ahd plenty of staff, was relieved to interact with more professional and smaller staff at this location. Order taken and served within about 5 minutes. Fast and with a smile. Chris was the person who took my order and served me, thanks for the great service after a horrible time just up the road.
The people that was working in the Jack in the Box would be very rude and very disrespectful old other people and you try to explain what you wanted to order and they just give you what they wanted and they wouldn't try to help you in any way form or fashion to make your order right this is the Jack in the Box on Belknap and Riverside Drive very poorly run
Orderd from the app and they said they didn't get it spent 55$ on prepaid and its been over a hour now they told me to wait in parking lot after getting the recipt from awhile back. I'm sitting In the parking lot waiting for my food and it's been 10m and I already feel like they forgot about me and I hate this place and I will never comeback ever again!
The laziest people work here. Horrible customer service. Was ignored by the two big girls at the front for several minutes. They looked at me and kept talking twice.Place was also dirty.. food left out. I’d be careful dinning at this location.“They don’t have the bathroom key” my guess their way to keep from cleaning it. The staff were incredibly rude when I inquired about my missing tacos. They responded with disrespectful glares, which I found very unappreciative. I even took a picture of the two women who were behaving immaturely. If working there isn't fulfilling for you, I recommend finding a different job.
Give it a one star because they are within walking distance. Would rather drive to Haltom City J&B. Tacos are horrible! Prices go up, quality goes down.Parking: Plenty of spaces, after 9PM lobby is closed that way you can get pre-cooked!
Jack needs to hire nicer people; the staff always seem upset. If they don't enjoy their work, they should just leave! The customer service is really poor.
The staff were nice. It seems as if the upper management it is not really important to repair the building. But my food was hot and good! Food: 4/5 Book a table now
