Today I went to this jack in box before going to work , once I came to my job I sat at my desk open my food up and saw this BUG in my food . This is very disgusting how do you not see bug while wrapping up food ? I called the jack manager answer n said sorry n ask what kind of bug it was ... I do not recommend this place at all it's nasty you'll find bugs in your food .
The food was disappointing—specifically the tacos which came without any sauce. It's common knowledge that when you order tacos, you expect them to come with sauce. The issue seems to stem from management's lack of awareness and their failure to train or let go of underperforming staff.
Like most fast food restaurant, it's a hit and miss. Some days the staff is on top of their game putting out fresh and hot food and some days, you can tell they don't want to be there. The moment I hear attitude through the intercom I just drive off.
There lucky they even got one star! This place is beyond ? gross this morning I went and got two tacos and a chicken sandwich. And there was a freaking dried half lady bug in it... How do I show a picture of it on here. Book a table now
Burning product...also Tacos without Saus... does not take genius to know if you order tacos u expect the sauce.....but it is all management....not know what it is doing, not train or fire bad employees
Ordered The Ultimate breakfast with no egg got a sandwich with just egg and bacon…should have checked my ordered before getting to work now I’m stuck with a sandwich I can’t eat. Very disappointed
I think I like the Jack n the box on Spencer way better. It’s just my preference. I love getting the tiny tacos with the buttermilk ranch.
My visit was pleasant and the food was hot and fresh also the parking was clean and landscape was well maintained. Food: 5/5 Book a table now
