When I finally reached the register, the employee rudely asked if I was "finally ready." As I began to place my order, he interrupted me before I could finish. I had specific requests for my burger, but he didn’t take note of them and instead kept asking if I wanted anything else. After I paid, when my food was handed to me, he carelessly tossed in the missing items. When I asked for a straw, he simply pointed without bothering to speak to me politely.
Due to this level of disrespect from the staff, I will not be returning to this location.
Is this the best Jack in the Box in the country? The fries are always fresh, and the sandwiches look like they come out of an ad. The workers have always been very friendly with me as well. The only thing they need to fix is convince corporate to fix the app which somehow gets slower and worse with every redesign.
I was looking for a breakfast spot early in the morning and stumbled upon a fantastic place that was quick and not busy. The food was delightful, and the staff were very friendly.
This Jack in the Box is quite small, and unfortunately, the service is slow. There is also limited seating available, and the parking situation is quite cramped.

Honestly, it wasn't fantastic, but "okay" will do. My husband and I stopped by around 8 PM on a Sunday night mainly because we needed to use the restroom.
Overall, it was a fairly good experience. The service was somewhat slow, and there were a few mix-ups with the orders. The staff also wasn't very chatty.
I visited the drive-thru and had the best service I've ever had. The woman who took my order was exceptionally friendly, and her service was fantastic!
