I've enjoyed my share of Jumbo Jacks over the years and even conducted some taste tests in San Diego for marketing research, where I anticipated the highest quality. However, the Jumbo Jack I had this morning was probably the best I've ever experienced! The staff was friendly, the place was spotlessly clean, and the burger was served hot and fresh. I added extra lettuce and onion mayo sauce to my order. Thank you!
My friend and I both ordered a supreme croissant, and unfortunately, we didn't enjoy it at all. We both thought it had a strange taste. We've been feeling pretty awful for over a day now, and for me, it was the only thing I had eaten all day. It's always frustrating to arrive at a customer service business and hear, "Go ahead!" when placing an order, instead of a friendly welcome or a "good morning." It makes me feel like I'm a nuisance rather than a valued customer.
About 30 minutes ago, I went to purchase four sandwiches, but the chicken in them was nearly raw and extremely tough. I attempted to call the store for a refund, but no one picked up.
The burgers here are far better than those at In-N-Out, and I truly believe that. The staff is friendly, and the restaurant is kept clean.
