On 10/1/2022 around 9 15pm...I ordered a spicy nacho munchie meal and a kids cheeseburger. They gave me a plain chicken sandwich with just mayo. And when I called to notify them. They told me they heard a spicy chicken combo. Which makes no sense because Iwas charged for a munchie meal and got the box. Then they're going to say that they don't sell that item anymore. In that casewhy wasn't I informed?.? Or am I wrong for needing to know that small detail?.? As an ex jack in box emoyee I try to be patientand give them the benefit of the doubt but they just kept saying oh I'm sorry. But they didn't bother to compensate not that ieven want my money back for the food. At least have it exchanged...
As a former employee of Jack in the Box, I try to be patient and give them the benefit of the doubt, but their response was simply, “Oh, I’m sorry.” They didn’t even offer to compensate me, and while I’m not looking to get my money back, I would’ve appreciated an exchange for something else. A different burger would have sufficed.
On top of that, the kids' cheeseburger patty looked burnt on the sides and seemed like it had been sitting out for some time. The tacos were soggy, as if they had either been taken out too early or left out for a while. It felt like they were caught in the middle of a break time or shift change, but overall, the service was disappointing. The employees seemed lost...
They kept forgetting some of my food orders, not only did this happen once or twice but THREE times at the same time. My parent had keep going in and out to tell them that they forgot an order and it was really annoying. Last time I went and ordered food from here it happened again and they forgot something.

The wait times at the drive-thru are consistently absurd. There's really no advantage to using the app, as the food is cold by the time you arrive. Additionally, the location is in a rather sketchy area. Update: Since I posted this review, the service has improved a bit. The food here is always excellent!
I don't usually write reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience. I was looking forward to a tasty breakfast sandwich from Jack in the Box, but I received a burnt sausage from this location, which I've never encountered before. I'm quite disappointed with my sandwich.
The wait times on drive-thru are always ridiculous. There's no point using the app because by the time you get there, the food is cold. It's also in a very dodgy area. Edit: Since I first posted this review, service has been a bit faster. Food is alwaysgreat here.
This Jack In The Box location is generally dependable, but my chicken sandwich was burnt this time. I didn't have enough time to return it due to a short lunch break. Both the bread and chicken were overcooked. On the plus side, the fries were fantastic!

I ordered the cluck chicken sandwich along with a soft drink, while my friends opted for a bacon burger, chicken strips, curly fries, and soft drinks.
The food is excellent, and the service is exceptional.
