Manager lead I believe is Maria that's what the receipt says could not make out her name from her badge was rude, I asked for my drink cup after my order she rudely said hold on as she assisted one of her employees that was not assisting any customers. When she grabbed my cup from the inside of the cup with her germ filled gloves that handle cash before I arrived plus my cash. I requested a new cup. I ordered the bacon ultimate cheeseburger which is a very small burger for the price!! The owner of this restaurant needs to train their employees on good customer service and shame on Jack for serving a sub-par burger.
I'm not sure what I should expect at Jack's but a 10 dollar breakfast should be good. So you get some like warm eggs one piece of soggy bacon a few silver dollar size pancakes and two hash browns and warm coffee that I could not possibly burn my self if it were to spill. I checked out all the tables and found one that was clean. While eating I did see an employee who was cleaning going m off the bottom of the tables so I guess I should have turned the tables over. The staff was friendly. .
I tend to go here after I hit the gym so 12:30-1am. There’s usually the same woman working and she’s great. Even that late at night she is upbeat and friendly. I usually get chicken sandwiches and some tacos. I like that they don’t charge for each ranch like other places do. I gobble it up in the parking lot and leave happy every time.
Wife and I went here in a rush for breakfast. Tasted like reheated food. it tasted so bad we couldn’t finish and with how gross it was. The meat was super chewy, the hash brown was rock hard and burnt, the coffee tasted like day old reheated- just all around won’t go back.

Went thru drive thru on Monday, 9/18/23 at about 1130 hrs. Ordered (and paid) for curly fries, got regular. Ordered drinks. No straws. And these are the same people who expect $20/hr? Really?!?!
Jack in the Box offers reliable fast food options. The grilled chicken wrap is quite good, and they have the best meat tacos around! I just wish they still had the 2 for $1 deal.
Signs all over the building saying 24 hour drive through but too many times I've pulled up and been told their closed. Guess only open when they feel like it.
The manager was terrible. I ordered two sandwiches and requested two sauces, but he told me I could only have one for free and would need to buy the other.

Well I had to drive to this particular restaurant to avoid my food being spit in and tampered with by the same jerk as always ....
The customer service was great, and they served fresh, hot curly fries.
