At this Jack-in-the-Box location, I sometimes like the food as they make it well, but the service is horrible because they don't even pack your order correctly. There are some items missing and sometimes I call the store and they never pick up the phone. It looks correct on the screen when you place the order, but when they pack it, it's different. They need much better service than they have now and more improvements. Please check your order before you leave the drive-through or while picking up the order because when you get home, you'll notice that a lot of items are missing, so please check.
The drive through service is horrible and even when you correct the employee about the contents of the order, the employee still just gives me the stuff I didn’t order and I still got charged too much!! Do you guys make sure that your employees have better than a grade school education? Get people that have a little bit more than a slight clue,… please.
Very bad staff who does not listen, manager was also very rude to us and gave attitude. She shouldn’t be working here.UPDATE: Nov 6th, as I wait to get my food in drive thru I see the manager without gloves handling the food. Quickly drove out of there. Train your people on food handling!
Did a mobile pickup order. Still had to wait 10 minutes at the window. Ordered 3 orders of the 2 sandwich specials and only got 3 single sandwiches instead of 6. ?

This restaurant is always a favorite of mine. Even during busy times, the service is quick and the food is consistently well-prepared.
They're always out of tacos when I go, and I don't understand how that can happen at just 5:46 PM.
