The food has really become quite unappetizing. One of the staff members has extremely long nails, which raises concerns about cleanliness. I find it hard to believe they allow her to work there. It's unsettling, and it makes me worry about the hygiene. Someone could easily get sick from that. Her nails are about five inches long, and it's quite upsetting to see.
I visited to try the jalapeño poppers and noticed a really cool poster on the wall! The restaurant is impressively clean—one of the cleanest I've ever been to! This stands out to me, especially since I usually go to the Compton location or further down to Long Beach. Great job, management!
The girl at the register was not friendly and seemed uninterested in providing good customer service. However, the food was as fresh as ever. I really dislike poor service in retail; it makes me question why I would want to spend my money there!
As always, if I go to Jack in The Box the people there are very polite, this is located in Bixby knolls other great Atlantic in Long Beach California the people there were very professional I would also recommend this anytime from day or night Book a table now
The restaurant and restroom were both clean, the staff was friendly, and the service was prompt. The food was enjoyable: my salad vegetables were crisp and fresh, and the loaded mini tacos were crispy with perfectly balanced toppings!
