If I can give this 0 stars I would. I am a current Jack in the box worker, I 've been working for Jack for about two and a half now so I know how things work. First of all I was hoping to get my discount since I am aware that you can get your discount anywhere you are at. I work 4 hours away from this Jack in the box and have gone to the one in LA and have gotten the discount there so when she said they don 't give the discount there just because I was very confused. But either way I moved on from there and said oh well. But that wasn 't the last of it. I ordered curly fries and there where hairs in my fries they had also forgot to make my burger I had to wait 20 minutes for them to make a new one I also got a water and a coke the water tasted like fountain water and my coke tasted spicy it seems like they didn't change the filter because if they did my water and coke would not taste like that. the worker named marisol was very rude and after giving me my food she slammed the window and there was no reason for her to be rude/mad because there was only one car behind me she gave me two hot sauces no ketchup and told me to leave because I was taking to long I and the burger was cold I feel bad for the rest of the people that had to go through...
If I could give ZERO I would , bypass them and go elsewhere . Went to order with friend, and needed to use the restroom after driving for hours , they literally have them locked and won't give you the key until you have ordered and paid. And then the person behind the counter has to come out and unlock the door for you . What a WASTE of production time as well as being a really ridiculous way to handle bathroom issues ! Manager you need to realize if you focused more on production and having your counter staff take accurate orders , you won't have to worry about people using the bathrooms ! Fries were not hot !
first, the lobby is dirty. we are at different places of the day here and no one cleanses the floors and the tables. Second, the bathrooms are locked and they only open them when they buy something, which is good I understand, but the bathrooms are disgusting. they would think that they remain locked and they would only open for the payment of customers they would be able to keep them cleaner. honestly, just disappointed, we've been here for years and it's just downhill. I do not expect a five-star restaurant, but a basic level of cleanliness would be nice.

The food was delicious! I ordered the triple portion for just $5, and it really filled me up. The bottomless drinks are always excellent, making it a great place to stop for a meal. The service was very fast, although the manager, who wasn't working that day, seemed a bit unfriendly and unhappy. But who am I to judge her mood? Maybe she was just focused on something else. Regardless, I enjoyed my meal and appreciated the drink that came with it. Overall, it was a nice experience!
the terrible service, went thru drive thru food was old. in 2 order ersatz went, manager refused to give replacement because I ate 1 nugget. I wouldn't return. manager laura, ignored me and went back to sms. So I went down 13$ less without food and had 2 eating elsewhere. incredible!
The food was good, and the service was satisfactory. However, they messed up our milkshake order three times, and unfortunately, they upset our stomachs. Aside from that, everything else was enjoyable.
While traveling on I-5, I found myself needing to make a quick pit stop. Jack in the Box was the first place I came across. The restaurant was very clean, and the staff were friendly.

Saturdays window child was rude as heck!. even my 2 doller in the change in his hand compelled with. I didn't give my drinks, and I just paid $48 for four meals. the food was good.
They gave us attitude and the food tasted like if it had been sitting out on the warmer for hours. Never going back there again.
