I eat Tacobell 2-3 times a week, it is my favorite fast food, I ordered my order online and put drive trhu,There was no one in line and the lady at the window told me to go receive my food (which was just a taco) at the main door, with a bad face and cursing.Then they didn't give me the sauces, I had to get out of my car and go in to ask for them, there was absolutely no one and it seemed like they were very busy, when I ask for the sauces a lady throws them at me at the counter and leaves without even saying anything. I don't know what's going on or what problems they have but it's the worst taco bell I've ever had.
This restaurant is not suitable for families with babies. There is no changing table in the restroom, and only one restroom is available. Be prepared for traffic and long waits if you need to use it. We asked if they could open the second restroom due to the long line, but they refused. Initially, we were the only customers placing an order, yet the cashier was just standing by the food area and not assisting. After a while, they finally took our order. The food taste was average and didn't stand out.
Only one working bathroom. The other one has had a out of order sign for 6 months or more. must be for employees only because it doesn't take that long to get it fixed. Line was out the door just for the bathroom. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
Stopped to get a couple tacos and use the restroom. Bathroom line is long with folks stopping to just take advantage of their restroom. Better off waiting until the next Taco Bell.

I dislike having to use a machine to place my order. The food is still the same low-quality fare that doesn't satisfy your hunger, yet it's just as pricey as other restaurants.

I do not like that they changed their cheese the cheese they use now it's like del tacos it does not melt the burritos are very very thin. ????
Workers were bad and arguing. They gave our food to someone else so we waited longer. Terrible experience at this Taco
