I was dealing with wrong orders and extremely long wait times, often taking 25 to 35 minutes just to get some tacos. Since it was my daughter's favorite spot, I had to stop bringing her there. However, about a week ago, I decided to give it another chance, expecting a long wait. To my surprise, the wait time was only about 5 minutes from when I ordered until I drove off! This is not the ideal spot for those seeking high-quality fast food, as it falls short in both customer service and product freshness. It definitely does not live up to the reputation of the Jack in the Box brand. The freshness of the ingredients seems to match the motivation of the staff, as the food I received was cold and burnt.
I love their #7, ultimate bacon cheeseburger, but when the burger has a bacon it ain't as good. They forgot to put bacon in my burger bruh.Food: 1/5

Large Curly Fries only half full. So disappointing. Getting more and more disappointed with this branch.
