I would give it a zero star rating if i could with my experience at this location. I ordered 3 Mega munchie boxes off of their personal app. said it comes with 45 tiny tacos, 30 nuggets and curly fries each. when i got my food home i was missing 45 tacos all together and instead of getting nuggets i got jalapeno poppers. immediately called the store to get this issue fixed was told to come back through and they will fix it, then when i got there they told me there is nothing they can do about it, and when i asked for a manager they told me the manager didn't want to talk to me. Absolutely rude and disrespectful crew and atrocious customer service. would never recommend this location to anyon...
Ordered via the drive through. Staff was friendly and professional, but my food was cold. I got slimy, barely cooked bacon on my burger. My fries were soggy. They forgot my churros, which I didn't notice until I got home. Tried calling the store but their line is perpetually busy. It is literally impossible to reach the store via phone. I tried many times at different hours, same busy signal. I will not be coming back to this location...I may just avoid Jack in the Box, going forward, because I don't want to experience this again. I really don't enjoy leaving negative reviews, but yikes.
I was really disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I specifically asked for fresh food, but what I received was stale, heat-lamp food, which was unappetizing. It's not what I expect when I go to Jack in the Box. I would recommend skipping this place. The staff even told me the food was fresh, but once I took a bite and realized it was cold, I felt let down. Quite gross.
Man that was fire. Have you ever been like pretty drunk in the middle of the night and was thinking where can I go for food and then find out that they have amazing Angus burgers at Jack In The Box? Well if not go check out every last star that I put on this review. I'm not going to tell you which star is for what you're just going to have to guess and figure it out yourself

waited 10 minutes in the line to put a request. 6 employees including 2 managers looked at me without providing help. 15 minutes to get my order. watching someone who ordered me to get their order. manager finally asked me what I ordered when she had no notice. they will definitely have the driving thru business on point. will not return.
I asked for a friend of mine on my chicken sandwiches, and they pretended to speak a new foreign language. When they finally came together, the sandwiches were great. Maybe they should try this sandwich, because I get the same reaction at each jack in the box I order them from. Try it, you'll like it. food: 5/5
As for the food, it wasn’t anything to write home about. The fries were decent, and the burger was fine. If you happen to stop by, you won’t have a bad experience, but don’t expect anything too thrilling. It’s the kind of place you might visit once in a while; after all, who doesn’t enjoy curly fries?
pricy and inconsistent with my opinion. the shake was good, but too thick to drink with a straw. a burger for my friend, they were shocked, the combo was over ten dollars. but so it is. shake bacon cheeseburger burger and fritten $14.14

Used the drive-thru, so I can't comment on the inside. Very greasy food, staff was overworked and we had to repeat our order several times. Would not recommend it!
Their sign says they are open 24 hours a day but they will not take any orders from 04:00-04:45. Guess that means you’re not actually open 24 hours a day…
