Before the installation of the staff, there were many issues to contend with. I placed an order through the app and arrived to pick it up. I stood there for ten minutes without anyone, not even the manager, acknowledging my presence. They were busy with a single DoorDash order and seemed overwhelmed, constantly complaining. Meanwhile, my order was bagged and sitting right in front of the employee; all she needed to do was check my name and hand it to me since it was already paid for. if I could give this 0 stars I would. Soon as we got to the ordering box, we weren 't greeted or anything. They said right away go ahead with your order . Then we started to order. Before being able to tell her what we wanted on our sandwich they interrupted us what drink . Didn 't give us time to tell them how we wanted our food modified. Got to the window, she took our payment, handed our food, didn 't say goodbye or anything. When I said thank you, she replied with mhm with her back turned as she was closing the window. The customer experience was worth less than even .01 stars!!!!! Few tips: 1. GREET THE CUSTOMER 2. LISTEN TO THEIR ORDER AND ASKS QUESTIONS AFTER 3. POLITELY SAY GOODBYE
I waited in line to order for entirely way too long. Unbelievably slow. The girl that took my order couldn’t find the kids meal button on her register was too terrified to ask for help so she stood there forever staring at her screen. Lo behold she overcharged me. I paid $5 extra b/c she charged me for 4 kids meals instead of 3. The manager acted like it was a huge inconvenience to correct my receipt and said she would compensate me with milk shakes for the kids. When the shakes came out, there was maybe 4-5 table spoons of milk shake in each cup. They literally drank them in like 3 gulps. Such a joke. I hate being ripped off.
This review is about a restaurant that hired Jack. We visited for breakfast, and when we arrived, the staff did not engage with us at all. They just stared as we stood there without saying a word. Eventually, they mentioned they had a large number of orders and could take more, but they seemed to prioritize other customers, particularly older ones, without addressing us. I won't be returning due to their rude customer service.

The biscuits and sweet tea here are the best around! However, today I had a less-than-pleasant experience at the drive-thru around 9 AM. The woman working there seemed to lack customer service skills, which is unusual. Usually, the regular drive-thru attendant provides excellent service.
Always great fried chicken and sides..management could've been more helpful when order was wrong on 3 out of 5 plates ordered were wrong, plus unwilling to correct or even give us drink cups we paid for, cashier was wonderful..anyhoots doubt we will return to this jack's..js
good place to pack a cookie and gravy to the breakfast! too bad they removed the BEST bags they were on the menu for years. this place used to sell the only chain a bologna keks.! well jacks. all we want to know is we? boycott jacks until they bring it back!
I had two sausage biscuits for breakfast and man were they amazing cooked fresh the biscuit was flaky and buttery and tender. The staff was quick to greet me and take my order and my food arrived quickly. Hats off to the manager team

I occasionally stop by their drive-thru on my way to work. The food is consistently fresh, which keeps me returning. Service is usually quick, and the staff is always friendly and courteous.
It was absolutely delicious! This was the best Jack's we've ever visited. They didn't smother the French fries in that orange sauce, and the fried green tomatoes were just perfect!
