I 've been meaning to try the Burlingame location for a while now. Sometimes, we 'd get catered lunch from there. I was surprised to see a grand opening sign when we were driving, low and behold it was Maverick Jack 's location. It was super packed, and a lot of people were waiting outside. I took a chance and figured we 'd try to place an order for to go. I was greeted and helped right away by 2 ladies. One seemed to be in training. The restaurant has moved to a new location which is so close to the old one. We came today for lunch and had a great time with the food and services as always. The owner and waiters/waitresses all were so nice. The burgers and onion rings were awesome! We highly recommend you order a vanilla-cookie shake. It’s the best in town!!! We will come back again.
Haven’t dined in at this location since it opened but definitely great if you’re in the mood for a good burger. So far I’ve had their Monterey Express, Runaway Freight, and Bacon Ultimatum burgers -all super delish! I also liked their very berry shake but I was only able to order it once and never saw it on the DoorDash menu again.
Incredible new location! The menu is identical to the one in Burlingame. My kids, who are 4 and 7, absolutely love it. The service is consistently excellent; everyone is really friendly and attentive. The food is fantastic. Plus, a major highlight for my kids is watching the Caltrain go by!

We are long time customers of Jacks Prime but today was my last order. The $23 cheeseburger has changed- they are now using a thin frozen pre-made patty- it was not good. The extremely thick fries are nothing like the thin fries they use to serve. Sad to say we wont. be ordering again.
This business is permanently CLOSED. Owner responded that the location is closed but that didn't help me yesterday when I drove 50 miles to eat there!!!!
We have been coming here for years! One of the best burgers I have had. So good every time we visit Does not disappoint. Love the buns.
