When we got there the place was slammed! When the food arrived I realized why why. The food was spectacular but the service was the best part of our visit. George was really the saving grace and mostly part of the reason we’ll return. He was SO knowledgeable of the dinner service and answered my many questions with grace and knowledge. I could see him floating around the bar and tables around us making sure every table was taken care of. The drinks were spectacularly delicious thanks to Mr. George and with his help behind the bar we finally got them. All in all, i would return and recommend Jaguars. This is the best ceviche in Miami, according to me. They use fresh corvina, and every single dish utilizes high-quality ingredients. If you're not a ceviche person, the menu is varied and balanced. They also have the best quesadilla, which you can customize with various proteins. Moreover, the service and the ambiance are always unmatched! This is why they've been successful in Coconut Grove for 20 years. I also had a ceviche cooking class with Chef Oscar here for my birthday, and everyone had an incredible experience!
Nice place to have Cocktails in the evening since they have half off during happy hour. I enjoyed the margaritas and the quesedillas. Ceviche tostada was alright but I preferred the quesedillas. Of course you can't go wrong with an order of chips and dip for the table when everyone is having a couple of drinks! The salsa was quite nice
Great customer service! I wasn't even a customer but I wanted to use the seats and sit outside with my friend to paint. The host, Ellie, was very nice and welcoming, even bringing us water while we sat outside. I will definitely come inside and order something next time!

Ceviche and the guacamole were outstanding but fish tacos were not good .. not fresh and tasted fishy.
If I'm eating a place that the word ceviche in it's name, best believe that's what I'm ordering.
