I have been a regular customer at this restaurant for over two years, always ordering the same vegan dish. They offer two vegan options, but I prefer the Vegan Scramble over the S 'west Platter, which is made with soft flour tacos that I don't care for. The Vegan Scramble comes with fried hash browns, toast (make sure to request whole grain), and you have to ask for it to be made dry to stay vegan. The parsley sauce that comes with the scramble is delicious and is best mopped up with the toast.
