Was bad customer service I had gone here before and they were good but we waited inside for at least 25 to 30 minutes after we ordered and one drink was ready but was already melting meanwhile the other one was done and was thick and not liquidity we were there before 2 people and everyone left and we were the only ones there is that how you treat your customers preferences on the easier drinks I thought it was first in first out in the exact order the people were ordering but apparently not I would rather go to another jamaba where service is quicker and more reliable
10/10 I have no complaints. Fast service fresh produce every time I come. I always order my orange dream machine here and if there’s ever an issue with my order such as if they run out of something, they always resolve my issue with no questions asked. Elijah was the one that made sure I had the best service here because today I had came to order my drink after my workout and I loved his customer service and due to longer than expected wait times because I had so much patience he offered me a waffle.
Thank you to the sweet, professional and knowledgeable staff. I ordered the apple green smoothie and it was delicious. The place was clean, well stocked and the service was fast. The bathrooms were clean and attended properly. The bathroom is in dire need of a good remodeling/coat of paint, but they keep it clean- can't ask for more than that.
The juice was good, but the staffing was very poor. With only two employees working, they could handle just about three orders at a time. I had to wait 5 to 9 minutes to place my order, even though there was only one person ahead of me.

Wow, the service was terrible. We waited around 20 to 25 minutes, and one of the drinks wasn't even frozen, so they had to remake it. Maybe they left it sitting too long before serving it. They could have just handed it to us as it was.
I wouldn’t recommend coming here. The issue isn’t the physical space, but how the staff manage things. If you’re craving Jamba Juice, I suggest going somewhere else. The juices are hit or miss.
The food was enjoyable, but the wait time was quite long. Despite having only three people ahead of us with small orders, we ended up waiting 15 minutes.
These people look like they’re talking more than working this girl took forever to make my drink. I have to go. I cannot stay there forever .

Ordered on DoorDash and my husband wanted no Greek yogurt in his smoothie. We called the store separately and no one answers the phone.
Unfortunately, this isn’t a great location. The staff is very young and it shows in how they run the place.
