He paid for a large but got a small, and mine was supposed to be chocolate and peanut butter but looked white and tasted like nothing. I asked nicely if they could remake mine, emphasizing it needed to be made with vegan protein since I’m allergic to whey. After another 20 minutes, we finally left. This restaurant is really poorly run. They never pick up the phone, and they close at 4:30 PM—though I get that this might be related to COVID-19. However, their website states that they accept pickup orders until 7 PM. Honestly, who would think to place a Jamba Juice order six hours ahead of time? Everyone I've talked to about their service has warned me against going there; apparently, both the speed and quality of service leave a lot to be desired. If you're in Tahoe, I suggest skipping Jamba and opting for another place that actually answers the phone and has a properly functioning website.
The restaurant is exceptionally well-kept, and the staff is both friendly and attentive. I waited just a few minutes for my order, which was great. There's ample sheltered seating outside next to the grassy area, making it perfect for those unexpected thunderstorms. The location is relatively secluded, situated in a strip mall near Starbucks and directly across from Heavenly Valley.
"The prices are a little high, and the smoothies can feel quite heavy on your stomach, almost like drinking a liter of apple juice. However, since they are one of the few smoothie places in the area, it's hard to be too critical. I've ordered from here around ten times, and they have never gotten my order wrong."

Nice and efficient staff. One of my mobile coupons wasn?t working but the nice gentleman helped me get the discount. My DoorDash to go orders are always ready on time as well. We had hoped to order the Mango-a-Go-Go, but they were out of the passion fruit blend, so we opted for the Mega Mango instead. The drink was just alright; I didn't really taste enough mango, strawberry, or passion fruit to appreciate the flavors. To be honest, it didn't seem worth the $9 price.
The matcha cloud cream is incredibly delicious! It genuinely has the taste of authentic matcha. However, I found it to be a bit sweeter than my liking, so I didn't stir in the sweetener at the bottom.
