Additionally, there were no fruit or wheatgrass displays available, and the cold case was empty. To top it off, there was an empty drink fridge in the lobby and a sign on the juice machines indicating they were out of order. I've visited this restaurant several times recently and have been served by a new employee who has a poor attitude and provides slow service. No matter what I say, she seems to struggle to understand my requests. The last time I ordered, I asked for specific fruits to be included, but she only added bananas. This time, I made the same request, and she only gave me strawberries, even though I told her it was fine to charge me extra for it. Unfortunately, I couldn’t catch her name since she doesn’t wear a name tag, but she has reddish wavy hair and works the morning shift.
I ordered a Chuck Strawberry bowl with extra granola on the side and paid for it. I got it in a large cup instead, watery, with less granola (to my knowledge I paid for the extra amount, so I assume they gave me less for that reason) and too much banana. If I was informed ahead of time that they were going do this I would have not ordered it and gone to a different one. This jamba juice used to be my go to but honestly its been a couple times where the smooties and the bowls just come out uninspiring. Thank you for your service but I will no longer come here.
I visited this restaurant three times hoping to order an açaí bowl, but each time I was told they had run out of ingredients. It's quite amusing, really. The staff member at the register seemed preoccupied with her phone call and didn't appear to be very attentive. Additionally, the place has an unpleasant odor, reminiscent of an unclean mop, which was off-putting. I also noticed that they stack the chairs, making it impossible for customers to enjoy their smoothies on-site. Overall, my experience was disappointing. Book a table now

Jennifer gave me and my uncle amazing customer service. It was sure we'd take care of ourselves. Since they were from Wheatgrass. She recommended another proximity to the shop. A jumba juice near. We're in. She even delivered us the exact address. Thank you for your service.
White gummi... i went in with two friends one who.had never been before and the girl that chraged me was super nice and helpful she took time and asked questions and gave him a suggestion which he liked,i think it was the watermelon one. Love my experience here!!!??
