I went to Jamba Juice on Security blvd. The day before I requested apples and green smoothie with tumeric. The young lady said they no longer had it. So I asked what did she have. On the list was vitamin C and I chose that. Went the next day and requested the same thing..another young lad said they don't have vitamin C they have multivitamin. So I am concerned I asked what was in it. They had no idea. Made no attempt to find out. They were flip and dismissive. But if what I drank would have made me sick...they would have been accountable for more than ingredients. I loved coming here and hadn't been in awhile...wow what a difference. I?ve attempted to get a smoothie every morning this last week. Despite the fact that I was arriving at 6:10, 10 minutes after they?re supposed to open, no one ever came over the speaker to take my order. There was a car outside of the store and the opensign was on, but those were the only signs that the store was actually open.
Haven't had a bad experience here! Great breakfast smoothies! I decided to take the chance instead of Dunkin's and I really enjoyed having fresh fruit smoothies instead! I haven't been back to Dunkin unless for coffee. But otherwise I really enjoytheir service and Belgian waffle ???? (which are always hot and warm)
Great products; however, they need to do a better job of monitoring the online orders. Twice, my orders were not ready as promised and I had to wait....that defeats the whole premise of ordering in advance. Also, why is the in-store price lowerthan the online PICK Up (not delivery) price?

I love it here but, the smoothies are great sad they no longer have the go getta green smoothie and they always need to have breakfast selections available. As they didn't have the veggie egg twice. And one day not that our the impossible handwich.
I'm unsure if it's typical to refuse juice orders at 9:25 PM, especially when you close at 10 PM and have already cleaned the machine. Could you please clarify when you usually stop taking juice orders?
The drive-thru at Jamba Juice is a brilliant concept! I'm so excited that I can finally order Jamba from my car, even during a snowstorm.
