This place has so much potential. It doesn’t know if wants to be a cafe, restaurant, or bar scene. I chose it only for its convenience to the Pantages before we caught Hamilton. We walked in the main door on the street level and were told we could eat downstairs in the cafe or upstairs in the bar area. We chose upstairs only to find out out there was no table service and you had to order your food at the bar and the bartender would wave at you when your order was ready so you could bring it to your table. The food? Meh.
Food quality was ok but the service was really bad. Poor people working there had to deal with many clients, waiting time was very long as there were not enough people in the service. There was no flexibility outside of the menu. When we tried to ordereggs for our little one after breakfast time, we were told that no breakfast items are served anymore and all eggs are alreadystored away. Menu card changed during our stay and selection got smaller. Not very impressive, especially since prices are in ahigher category.
I usually don’t give bad reviews but this place holds a special place in my heart. Nice restaurant and the food was good but the customer service was the worst. The waiter spilt my girlfriends drink on her pants. My friends and I were also waiting forso long for our food and it wasn’t even that busy. I was waiting for one appetizer for AN HOUR. If I was going to get takeout, I’d order from here but I would never want to come back in person
I'm amazed that this place was recommended a a good restaurant. The bar upstairs had no waiters. The food downstairs, one poor waitress to do everything. Everything brought at the same time. Tiny little saucers for plates and soggy spaghetti. Thechicken was and so we're the other many plates we ordered. But they have to get their service together. She tried so hard totake care of the 5 of us. Pretty sad service.

Dinner was delicious. Pizza more than large enough to share. Service was fantastic. Bread and cheese starter was a table favorite. Lobby bar upstairs was beautiful Great for pre theatre dinner.
I was extremely let down when I discovered that the restaurant was closed, especially since I had planned to take my friend there for her birthday.
Good food and drink in a bright tech environment. Moderate noise level, mostly from the bar on the second floor. Highly recommend the crab app.
The place was amazing. Our service from Besma was on point. And the food was absolutely delicious. We will definitely be coming back!!!
