The food wasn’t too bad. But the waitress took my order and they brought my food and that was the last I saw of anybody. They waited on everyone else and never came back even to ask how’s everything, do you need anything else, not to bring a check or ask if I wanted a go box. I got up to pay my bill at the counter and then the waitress asks me if I wanted a box. I said NO not when now there’s been flys landing on my food that had been sitting there because NOBODY came to check on me.
The Japan Express was clean, and the food was excellent. I went for the sushi and was not disappointed as their Yellow Tail was the best! Oh, and the prices are not unreasonable for the quality received. They must be called Express as they have a great following for take out, delivery as well as dine in. Service was prompt, efficient, and friendly. We will definitely return!
Great place for a roll or two. We had the lunch special with two rolls, soup and ginger salad. The rolls were really good and definitely a new go to place. Staff was kind, knowledeable and efficent. Some of the best ginger salad I have ever had, the little things show the care and concern the kitchen has for the menu. Stop by for lunch.
I'm completely addicted to their Two Roll Combo! It's filling and reasonably priced. I've tried other restaurants around town, but none match the quality or price at Japan Express. I'll definitely keep going back as long as they're open! Book a table now
Your hand rolls are always overstuffed. While I appreciate the value you're trying to offer, sometimes less is more. They’re so full that I can hardly take a bite! Besides that, you serve excellent sushi at a great price.
The Key West roll is incredibly delicious! David was fantastic. I just wish that for 50 cents, I could have received more than one extra serving of white sauce. That was a bit disappointing.
I got sick from the sushi I had .I was so nauseated and sick to my stomach for 2 days. I should have stopped eating when some of the shrimp and crab tasted fishy.
Good food, tasty w great presentation. But ... hidden in a funky strip mall ... so don't worry, the restaurant is super. Book a table now
