A week after it opened, my companion and I tested this restaurant. the staff is very friendly, vegan food is organic and the products are fresh. the cheffe (vegane handles very well flavors and textures. We ate a slip of eggplants to fall (the whole plant was melting, consisting, creamy, all at once! , the vegetable cheese is also made home and dessert was very surprising (prunes that dried the pill and dessert cream with a secret component . only flat, we couldn't test the milkshakes and smoothies (and all the other dishes ! It's delicious and we recommend this restaurant warmly!
this restaurant is a beautiful address in a place known for its cruel foie gras. The kitchen is down. ingredients are organic and some products/spices come from Armenia. dishes change regularly, depending on the inventions of the chief. And what inventions! Although the restaurant is vegetarian most of the menu is vegan. Moreover, if I have advice for future customers, it would be to call in advance to order a vegan raw menu (the cheffe told us that it was what she preferred to cook.) a big thank you to the cheff for this beautiful discovery.
We made a stopover in Cahors on the compostelle path and discovered this restaurant where we came back conquered by the quality, originality, freshness of the proposed dishes. High-end vegetarian with delicious gluten-free recipes. I suffered from a severe tenacious tendinitis and spontaneously the patron who is also naturopath has made me a massage oil with a mixture of essential oils. In three days, the pain disappeared.
