This was my first visit to this restaurant, and I ordered a large cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, mustard, ketchup, onions, and provolone cheese. I also requested fries with ketchup and mumbo sauce, along with a drink that was half iced tea and half lemonade. Unfortunately, my order was missing ketchup and onions, and the burger had barely any mayo and just one piece of lettuce. The fries were unseasoned, and the drink didn't have the proper half-and-half mix. I guess I’m used to the way things are done in Washington D.C., where they usually get it right.

The customer service at Jason's Sub Shop is very disappointing. The interior of the restaurant is unclean, reflecting poor maintenance. The shrimp and broccoli dish appeared hastily prepared and was undercooked. Overall, I would not recommend dining here.

If I could give this place zero stars, I certainly would. It's a dreadful restaurant with poor-quality food. The owners are unfriendly, and the service is even worse. Spare yourself the hassle and skip this place altogether.
Jason's is the only takeout restaurant I ever use! The food is incredibly delicious! I just enjoyed a meal from there, and it was the best I’ve ever had. I finished every last bite on my plate.
