I have been a customer of this location for 10 years. I am devastated that all of my baristas quit due to poor treatment from the new manager. I have been through since all of the crew quit a couple of times and it is awful now. The new baristas are so rude and always make my drink wrong especially this girl named Brook. This used to be a great place to get coffee on the go. For the last few months, things have been different. The order is completely wrong at least 50% of the time. And after waiting in line for 10 minutes it’s not worth it to get back in line to have them fix it.
Wife loves this place so we drive actress Valley to get their coffee. Open one on the south west side of the valley
The best baristas. They're so nice! All of them! My drink tastes perfect every time.
