Amid the sleep-deprivation and delirium, mealtime was the only relaxing time of day for both me and my husband--how wonderful and healing to have one's body and heart so well taken care of by Jen Meals. I was often moved to tears by how lovely their meals were. Communication with them, too, was always pleasant and easy. When these 30 meals come to an end, I'll miss their rich, milky fish soup and the oxtail soup in clear broth, as well as their morning buns and porridges. Again, 100 stars. My wife and I recently tried this meal prep service for the first time, and I’m pleased to say our experience matched the positive reviews we had read! From the start, communication was clear and efficient. When I compared the egg dishes from both places, Jen Health’s eggs were fresh and full of flavor, while the eggs from the other company were dull, bland, and didn’t seem fresh at all. The vegetables from Jen Health were bright green and vibrant, whereas the veggies from their competitor looked greenish-gray. After tasting meals from both places, it’s clear that I will be choosing Jen Health for my confinement meals. I'm so happy I discovered them, and I feel confident that I will be well taken care of after giving birth by choosing their meals.
I realized I never reviewed this restaurant, but we chose them for my first child after trying out several options. The food is light yet packed with flavor, definitely not bland at all. While it's on the pricier side, I can say it was absolutely worth every penny. Now that I'm expecting my second child, I plan to use their services again. I'm so thankful that such excellent service is available here. I live in Orange County, and they were still able to deliver to me, although for an additional fee.

Very delicious food (as I've sampled 2 other places even during covid time). Great customer service. Very considerate employees. They were able to meet my needs as well as educate me regarding the first month recovery Chinese tradition. The delivery is always on time as well. Wayyyy to much food for me though. I still have some food left 2 months postpartum. I didn't know this but sometimes they have holiday discount for early sign ups. I highly recommend this place for postpartum meal deliveries.
What a lifesaver! Delicious healthy meal delivered timely to your door everyday for the first month after giving birth. It helps beyond the recovery of my body but the recovery of my mind and spirit. Just taking that burden off from cooking and shopping are priceless. One of the best money spending we enjoyed during postpartum days. The meal comes well packed, tasty and clean. Message to Tiffany always gets replied promptly. Delivery is on time and always comes with a notification message if food is not picked up right away. Overall, this goes very beyond my expectations, and I would strongly recommend it to all my mommy friends.
I used Jean meal service for both pregnancy and postpartum periods. It's so convenient that they can change the schedule of delivery per requested. My morning sickness was really bad until I couldn't cook or eat takeout food from most restaurants (either too salty or so too flavored). But these meals was plain enough that I could swallow them.

I ordered 30-day meal plan for my wife after our son was born. Because the food quality and stellar customer service, we extended to 42-day plan. We especially like the varieties of soup for each meal: not very salty but definitely flavourful. We will highly recommend Jen Health Meal, especially for family with newborns.
