The food is really good. The only reason I give him a 2-star rating is that the cashiers are not good. I worked in the service industry before, McDonalds, restaurants, even a salon. I know how it feels to work in a service industry. You were two young ladies in front when I left. They started talking to a customer who had recently called to place an order. Why would you start talking to a client in front of the restaurant? When they served me the food, they threw my back. I found it so disrespectful. Jen's Chinese Food offers average prices for the area, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The food is decent—not the best Chinese cuisine I've experienced, but definitely not the worst. The egg rolls were fantastic, with a delightful mix of vegetables. The fried rice was acceptable, though the sesame chicken had a bit too much sauce and breading. It's a cozy spot with clean tables, making it a lovely place to enjoy a meal while shopping in the area or when you’re in need of a quick lunch. I didn't give it a full 5 stars because of the main dishes, but overall, Jen's Chinese Food is a perfectly fine choice for your Chinese menu options.

Pre pandemic, we saw glowing reviews and gave it a try. It was good that time, but this time, we ordered again and it is horrible! The wings are heavily breaded almost like KFC but with no meat on it. The chicken lo mein does not taste like chicken at all, but some odd fishy/porky flavor and looks like tofu. The noodle is just stir fried with no sauce or anything and is bland. The sesame chicken came with two pints of fried rice which is the only saving grace. The chicken was good with the sauce on the side but the quantity was lacking for the price. The wonton soup that comes with it had a slight curry flavor and dissapointing. Never going back.
I understand that they can be busy or short-staffed, but a simple apology or even a complimentary order (or at least a partial refund) would have gone a long way. I really hope Jen's management reads this review and takes it to heart, making significant changes in how they handle their orders. When such situations arise, they need to improve their service and treat loyal customers with respect. You've lost our business and that of our family members as well.
Quick service and tasty food. The restaurant is clean and well-kept. It was recommended by my neighbors, and I had nothing but positive experiences. Even during dinner or vacation times, they consistently deliver. The portion sizes are generous as well.
Worst Chinese food ever! I placed a large order, and everything was just awful! The food was old and spoiled! On top of that, it contained MSG, which I'm allergic to, and I ended up feeling sick. I would highly recommend avoiding this place!
