While this is my 2nd time ordering take out in a matter of weeks, it?s very unfortunate to experience such mediocre service once again. Like my previous visit, upon arrival my order was not completed and ready within the promised time even though it didn?tseem busy at all. I feel it?s very unprofessional to be told to wait an additional 10 mins for my order and then witness thesame employees enjoying a smoke break in the back of store when I?m expecting my order to be made. What makes matters worst is,when I got my order i find that my sandwich wasn?t made correctly. We ate, four of us, at the Odenton location Saturday, Oct 15th. The service was horrendous! It wasn't busy. There were two people in front of us who had already ordered. The kids behind the counter were rude, inconsiderate and SLOW! They took ourorder and it took 20 minutes to complete. Three of our meals were made, but they dropped the forth on the floor. We waited whilethey remade it. They brought the sub out to us and it was wrong. They brought brought the right one, and now had to remake theone for someone else. The soda counter was covered with trash and a dirty cleaning towel. The lids for the cups were empty.There was trash all over the floor. The tables were filthy. The one trash can...
It says they open at 10am while waiting outside I look inside and see a young lady on here cell phone. Finally she opens the door and she doesn't say a word walks to the back and still doesn't say a word mind you now there's 3 of us on line waiting no sorry I will be right with she just leans on the counter and stands there. All of a sudden she says what do you want instead of how can I help you.Terrible customer service!! Never been to a Jerseys Mike's that wasn't friendly!! Until today!! That whole staff needs to be trained on customer service!!
I've eaten here a few times lately and maybe there are some new employees since these other reviews were done because I've had great service every time. They are always friendly and fast. I just left the restaurant and I never usually write reviews, butWanyeh was so good at his job that I had to give him kudos! He was curteous, thorough, and professional! Excellent experience!
