On November 30, 2023, my coworkers and I visited the Mount Prospect location and spent around $50 on our meal. Overall, the food was good, although mine was a bit too salty. I also noticed that the staff member seemed a bit irritated when I requested extra ingredients for my sandwich. Additionally, I found it quite unusual that the manager—a stocky guy with a beard and a cap—was openly bragging in front of customers about plans to fire an employee if they called off that evening. I believe such discussions shouldn't take place in front of diners. Unfortunately, I probably won't be returning, which is disappointing because I really like the concept of the place.
I don’t think I’ve ever had a worse customer service experience in my life it’s almost comical. My husband and I ate here 04/24/24 around 7:45pm. The gentleman who took our order acted like we were inconveniencing him. Rude, didn’t say more than 3 words to us. The woman who cashed us out was just as bad. If you guys hate your jobs so much there’s a few staffing firms in the area that I’m positive will assist you in finding a non customer facing position. As horrible as it would seem to work there, I can assure you eating there is even worse.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant recently. When I requested a small adjustment to my order, specifically to have less mayonnaise, the staff reacted in an unprofessional manner. They rolled their eyes and exchanged looks with each other instead of addressing my concern. I simply asked for some of the excess mayonnaise to be wiped off, not for a completely new sandwich, as I wanted to avoid wasting food. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism from the employees really detracted from my experience.
Terrible experience! Was charged for an extra sandwich. When I called to ask for a refund Abby the manager said she would have to call me after the lunch rush. When she called back four hours later she demanded I give her my debit card number. When asked if I was going to get something back for the inconvenience she said no, I was lucky I was getting a refund because she didn’t have to do that for me. Asked for the owner’s number and she refused to provide that information. Never again

To me, Jersey Mike's most definitely has the best subs EVER. So yummy and fresh every single time. The staff here is super friendly and inviting too
Was able to have my sandwich made as a salad due to diet restrictions. Was sooo good. Place was busy but able to eat in. Good food.
The turkey and provolone sandwich is fantastic, especially when served on rosemary and parmesan bread.
