This isn’t my neighborhood store but I come across town just for Alec and that outstanding customer service and Anytime I want Jersey Mike’s I come 30 minutes out The bread is fresh. The cookies are fresh. The chips are fresh.I hope they give them a raise so I can keep coming lol he’s the heart of the store can’t find good people like that he’s building bonds for the everyday people that keep the stores going sorry driving lol
I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. If it were possible to give it zero stars, I certainly would. The staff had a rude demeanor and seemed indifferent as they haphazardly added toppings to my sandwich, as if I had somehow upset them. Honestly, I would give it zero stars if I could. I'm shaking my head at this establishment.
Gabriel and his crew at the Riverdale Park store were the best. Friendly and professional, and they have you in and out in a Jiffy (reference to the sandwich shop of yesteryear remember the old Jiffy's sub shops? . And the subs were well constructed and very tasty. Make Gabriel a manager if he's not already!
I had an excellent experience with the customer service! It was quick and efficient. Derrick, the manager, was fantastic and made a point to engage with the customers. I will definitely be returning soon! I didn't catch the cashier's name, but she also provided outstanding service. Book a table now
This is a wonderful place to savor a tasty sub. Since its recent opening, both the inside and outside are quite impressive. It’s also very tidy! The staff is friendly and offers outstanding customer service. I will definitely be coming back here regularly!
