Went online to order sandwiches every time I checked out they were out of what I ordered went to the store. All I saw was lettuce and tomato. Nothing cut. I did not want to waste my time so I went to paisanos and order a pizza. I don?t know what?s wrong here since last week I ordered twice Tuesday and Thursday. No problem will never come back to this location or to any location. Continuing on the review, it?s asking me how much I spent and what did I order did not order anything just went to paisanos?s next Paisano staff was fast and sweet.
I've consistently encountered rudeness when I visit with my parents, who usually order cold sandwiches. I prefer warm sandwiches, but the manager and staff seem to struggle with preparing mine correctly. They often forget the right toppings, and the sandwich itself neither tastes nor looks like those from other locations. Their service is quite sloppy!
The guys here at Lorton Jersey Mike's have the best customer service!!! And they make a delicious sub!!! It really made my day and was very refreshing to have such kind customer service with a smile because it is rare to see these days!!! I went there with some friends after church and really enjoyed it. I love that they offer small subs. I had a ham sub on a white roll with all the toppings, and it was delicious. They slice the meat fresh as you order, which makes a big difference. Everything tasted incredibly fresh. I’m officially a new fan!

This restaurant is not clean, the food tastes dreadful, and it definitely doesn't meet the standards of other Jersey Mike's locations. The owner should be more involved in the business and reconsider the staff he's hiring.
great eatery: Almost to Philly cheese steak quality, could use a better roll. picked up here a half dozen times. Was never disappointed. Always made with fresh ingredients.
The subs are always warm, melted, and delicious, and the staff is incredibly friendly. It’s a great spot for a quick and tasty breakfast!
Bought a sandwich and found curly human hair in the bread. It looks as if the hair was baked with the bread! GROSS!!!!
